Loopy Case iPhone 11 Pro Max (6.5" Screen) Pastel Pink Tie Dye Right Handed

  1. Item purchased did not end up being in good condition when i received it. NOT DUE TO SELLERS FAULT, as it looked to be in original plastic, and they were not aware of it's true condition. Seller communicated with me right away after being contacted, and worked with me to make things right to correct situation to both our liking. So they did stand behind their word. Would recommend.

  2. The items sent were exactly as described. The packaging was not sturdy enough for the heavy cast iron items and one broke in shipping. But they were willing to provide a partial refund and I hope to be able to repair the piece. Not ideal, but I appreciate their promptness and willing to work with me when there was damage in shipping.
