The product is a genuine OEM center console shifter indicator bezel trim for a 2011-2018 Porsche Cayenne S. Made of brown plastic, it includes an ash tray and is designed for easy installation and durability. Manufactured in Germany by Infiniti, this item comes with a 1-month manufacturer warranty and is specifically designed for the front center placement in the vehicle. With superseded part numbers 7P5863324 / 7P5-863-324 / 7P5 863 324, this center console storage part is a perfect fit for Porsche Cayenne S models from the specified years.
The radio hasn't been installed yet. I've attached photos to show that the shipping packaging was not good. The photos show holes in both sides of the box. The holes are from the metal attachments on the radio. These attachments, one on each side of the radio, are bent. I'm assuming that they can be bent back in place. The radio should have been shipped in a larger box with more bubble wrap to protect it.
Item received was in New condition as described, came well packaged so no damage at all while in transit to delivery.
