Excellent and smooth transaction! Paul was incredibly helpful and patient throughout a somewhat complex process involving third-party pickup and international shipping. He shared updates during every step, including detailed photos of the careful packaging – which was especially important for such a large item going overseas. The trunk lid arrived exactly as described, well protected, and in perfect condition. Fair pricing, great communication, and truly professional service. Highly recommended
OEM equipment as described to replace the broken part at a great value. Shipping was 3-4 business days, in great condition, clean on arrival, wrapped in plastic, in a box 10x's the size of the mirror, packed with paper! They care about making sure the product YOU paid for arrives in one piece, I call that customer care. I would definitely purchase from this seller again
Replacement headrest for my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek Premium came as described, literally like new other than some warehouse dust. “Perfectly packed” would be an understatement. Arrived pretty quickly after ordering, and it’s a great value for the price. Will definitely do business again. Thank you!
