They took very good care of me. Everything that happened was no fault of theirs. The shipper lost the package and it arrived damaged. They were great to work with and went above and beyond. Very satisfied with them as a company, great customer service, better than expected. Packaging was great. The item great and as described. And all the damage that was done I do not think could have been stopped with any type of packaging it was just nothing was their fault.
Item arrived quickly and exactly as described. I initially thought shipping was expensive at $225 for the bumper I purchased but once it arrived I understood why. It came on it's own pallet with a quality box attached so it was super secure and safe from any possible damage during shipment. The $225 was worth it in my opinion for the freight. The bumper assembly arrived in great condition. It was exactly what I needed.
Great seller! 5 stars. Would buy from again! The door came in perfect condition, the shipping company (while expensive at $225) was very courteous and speedy so I guess that makes it worth it. Obviously I’m on a budget. Hopefully I never get hit again so I don’t have to do this, well… again, but this is a lovely company!
