I purchased this item through NicholasShum LLC. The item was delivered as promised, however the item was defective. The seller responded quickly and gave me multiple options to correct the problem. They went above what most companies would do to resolve an issue to my satisfaction. I will be doing business with them in the future.
Great deal. Just as advertised but they were unable to help me with my need for additional hinges. Had to go directly to the manufacturer to resolve my issues. I highly recommend contacting Green Hinge directly!! They will give you a great deal and service to back it up!!
Seller monitored delivery and when an issue was found, immediately took action to fix the problem and kept me informed about the process. This kind of customer service is much appreciated.
