  1. The jacket listed wasn't available after purchase due to recent flooding at their warehouse. They apologized and offered a full refund or a replacement that was a different style, but the same size. I was very happy with the replacement offer and accepted it happily. The seller told me they found out the replacement jacket was of a higher value than the original jacket listed, but would still honor the proposition that was made. The jacket shipped soon, and I received it faster than expected!

  3. The seller was amazing to work with. Reassurances regarding shipping were given; Engaging with this seller was refreshing as they replied in a timely and cordial manner! When the garment arrived, the packaging was secure and reassuring; it even came with a dust bag! The garment was as described, and in better condition than expected. I would most definitely purchase from this seller again! Feedback - more interior pictures of the garments would be useful and great!
