Item arrived quick. However, I tried communicating with the seller and received no reply. I got tracking info within 2 days like the listing said. The frames are nice. I’m not sure how new they are though. A rhinestone is missing from the left side. These are the same exact size as my existing frames and when I bend over they do fall off my face, but that could because they just need to be tightened to fit my face. I'd buy from this seller again in hopes I wouldn't need to communicate with them.
My frames cracked on the top of one of the lenses, weeks before my scheduled eye exam. I was lucky enough to find the exact same discontinued frames on my first try from this seller! They were even discounted a little more. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition a little earlier than expected. They were exactly as described, new with tags. I was able to pop in my own lenses with no problem. I would definitely use CyberHut Optical again!
Item as advertised. Disappointed in lack of any communication after the sale. Asked for sale to be canceled after seller did not respond to messages regarding tracking. Seller finally sent tracking instead canceling or responding to messages. Still, am satisfied with purchase. Recommend seller communicate with buyers after purchase for smoother transactions. Little bit of communication goes a long way mate! Cheers
