Was listed as New, Unopened, but had obviously been opened. The plastic surrounding the hub was ripped open, the power cord was loosely wrapped in the box. However, the hub does work and everything that should have been included was there. This just should have been listed as New, Opened. Was well packed and shipped fast.
Product was the same as advertised. Price was competitive. I only had to replace the bracket. All existing wiring and plugs were the same. By the way, product was delivered on time and undamaged.
