It took 2 weeks from shipping date to delivery date for item to arrive from CA to WA State. The package actually sat in OR for 11 days not moving. Seller should have been watching shipping progress, noticing the long delays and contacting customer as reassurance. Instead I needed to notify seller of shipping delay. Communication throughout transaction should be key and improved
