The trash looks and works great. Believe it or not it was not in a box of any kind. It was shipped only in a soft plastic bag with no other protection. It did arrive with a small dent, but I’m keeping it anyway. Not sure I’d purchase here again. I feel like I was extremely lucky the damage wasn’t much worse and I’d have gone through the hassle of returning it. It was a good price from this seller and super fast shipping as well so all things considered I’m happy.
This seller has been most accommodating. As the packaging was too weak for this 22lb. Bag of food. The seams of the cardboard were torn more than halfway down the box in 2 places, and the bag of cat food literally fell out when I tried to pick it up. The bag of food was ripped a little, but it didn't look like much was lost. I wasn't going to make a big deal of it. But this seller gave a full refund. And they have a customer for life! And I couldn't find a better deal.
Well made and visually distinctive. The set is exactly as advertised and packaged securely. There was a slight issue with the carrier and mose-5942 walked me through each step with excellent communication and customer service. A great seller with 5 star service and I highly recommend them.
