This seller is one of the best seller I've dealt with in many years, I had an issue with a purchase and because of a temporary eBay snag, I wasn't able to contact them, although the seller reached out and offered the best solution to make it right. I'm very pleased with the product substitution they made and was able to finish my project in a timely manner. I like the track lighting so much, I'm sure I will purchase more of it. GREAT price, sleek product and great service. Thank you so much!!!
An ethical and responsive vendor whom I will do business with in the future. Had an problem with the item I purchased that was defective, upon describing the problem with the vendor and getting concurrence that that aspect of the product wasn't tested, and concurrence from the manufacturer that the problem should not be occurring, the vendor immediately refunded the purchase. Always grateful to run across vendors who take ethics and integrity seriously, thank you!
Excellent fixture, thrilled to have found this light. Product exactly as described, great value, safely packaged in original box. Reasonable shipping costs for large size of package. Thank you!
