Excellent seller, very communicative and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The mug arrived and was exactly as pictured and described. Packaging and shipping were excellent as well. I would highly recommend this seller and would definitely consider purchasing from again in the future!

Seller needs a lesson in packaging; item carelessly packed. However, cross stitch arrived without damage. The frame on this item is plastic. This information could have been stated in the description. The cross stitch pattern is nicely stitched. Thank you.
