How to Use For best results, use the Natural Glow Nail Kit items in the following order: Nail Shaper – Shape & neaten up your nails. Nail Buffer – Start by using step 1 (the narrow white side) to buff across the top of each nail in both directions for 5-10 seconds to remove ridges and stains. Then use step 2 (the wide gray side) to buff across the top of each nail in both directions for 10-15 seconds to stimulate growth. Finish the process by using step 3 (the wide white side) to buff across the top of each nail in both directions for 5-10 seconds to polish your nails to a high shine (repeat the process every two weeks).
