Usually it is embedded inside the ceiling fixture. Please pull off the existing PL lamp, reflector. Leave wire in junction box,find the ballast. 3. Normally, the Ballast has a black and white wire on the input side (AC input side,100-120V for North America). It also has two red and two blue output wires.
