Card is definitely used and has a few scratches on the plastic.

The disc looked perfect in the listing pictures. When the game arrived, I observed a ring scratch around the entire diameter of the inner ring (the part the console uses to read the disc). I also observed some water damage or damage of some kind to the top and bottom of the disc. Thus was not shown in the pictures, which is deceiving. Although, to my amazement, the game worked! The seller did not share tracking for the item.

Tried mw and mw2 for a bit and they work Haven't tried the 3rd game but I'm sure it's fine as well. Thanks
