Looked lively. In correct original packaging, but phone had faulty button for navigation. Seller offered a full refund on return of item or partial refund and keep the phone, although faulty. So it was very good in that sense. Even if you buy from a shop in the High Street, purchases can be faulty. So I was very pleased overall with seller, desthe issue.
