Mis-delivered by USPS. Delt with them over week. Filed no-delivery claim with EBAY which was rejected as USPS "proved" it was delivered to correct box (pkg. wouldn't have fit in my box & I saw that deliv. personally). Bought equv. unit which arrvd. promptly. On SAME DAY orig. order (opened) was left on top of my mailbox by somebody. You win some - you lose some.
Order came from Amazon Carrier, didn't order from amazon. If I wanted Amazon I would have ordered from them. No tracking number until delivered. Delivery was fast! Then started getting delivery updates after already had package.
