  1. Never received the item the seller was out of the towels and sent us a message stating they wouldn’t be in until the middle of the month. Did we want to cancel the order? He manipulated the system because a month would have voided our agreement of purchase and he could’ve just never sent the item and we would’ve had no recourse in obtaining the item. This is very deceptive of the seller. Very disappointed you still have one listed. You need to get a hold of your listings and take down items out

  2. I purchase from eBay and support local and small businesses instead of Amazon knowing the cost associated with making such a purchase would be higher. I was surprised to receive this directly from Amazon. The order was placed Dec. 6th and on Dec. 11th I received a notice: PICK UP BY SHIP PTNR USPS AWAITS ITEM KANSAS CI. Delivery was Dec.16th and according to their listing location, this seller located a day's drive away. I had hoped sellers would inform buyers if Amazon is their supplier.

  3. After putting this item together I thought it wasnt the right item. But after contacting the seller, he pointed out what I was missing and it is exactly what i wanted and ordered. It looks just like the photo. All the parts were labeled, the directions were clear and it was packaged well. Assembly was lretty straight forward.. It seems lretty sturdy for my vinyl records. The seller got back to me right away and helped answer my questions.
