The box in which the capsules arrived in the mail was smashed and practically destroyed… I am thankful that the capsules were not actually damaged (at least not that I can tell as of yet – 5000 capsules came in one single gigantic bag) – I kind of expected them to be sorted in 1000-count separate bags… I don't know that the Sender has any responsibility for the actual condition of the box (which looks like it was used as a soccer ball for a day at the warehouse before arriving at my house)…
