The phone is new as stated, there are no nicks, scratches or dents. It was worth the charge and it was neatly packed in its own box for shipping. I appreciated the timeliness of the delivery and my concerns about a faulty camera, as in my last camera purchase, were wonderfully put away by the awesomeness of this phone.
