Book arrived in advertised new condition. Return address shows Fort Wayne, =/<1.75 hrs from destination Elkhart IN. However, went through Indy, spent 9 days there, then arrived a total of 12 days after seller shipped from Toledo OH area. Ridiculous timing unless this shipped 3rd class media rate, which it doesn't look like. Shipped via "SortHub ( the Nile)" but really USPS w/ hidden tracking. Seller did give partial refund after 1 wk - main reason why the rating. Good seller communication.
Book arrived today, 2 days before deadline given by the seller. Well-packaged & in good condition. Price was very competitive, & the book was accurately listed. Great communication. I appreciate the seller getting back to me when I was having trouble tracking the book's delivery progress. Apparently there were 2 different tracking numbers - one in Canada & the other in the U.S., since it was initially shipped from Canada. The item had been delayed in delivery for about a month and just as the seller was about to send out a replacement, the original item was located and I received it shortly thereafter. The packaging was still in good condition after being in transit for an extended period of time. The book was brand new and exactly as described.
