I was concerned when notification about the items delivery wasn't happening one day before the last projected day of arrival. Upon contacting the seller, whom replied to my email within the hour, tracked the package to the wrong address. I was missing the SD card in the product purchased. I contact the seller and got a reply in less than an hour. The seller sent a replacement the next day and it arrive the following day. Now that is great customer service. The camera is great and comes with all kinds of accessorizes. Love it, and the price was great. Would recommend it.
