The ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 came exactly as described and with no issues after a week of using as my daily driver, the packaging was perfect and seemed like for once someone actually put thought into making sure a fragile machine such as a laptop was safe in transit. I got this machine for good value while bidding in one of their auctions. While there was a delay in shipping that frustrated me, I understand that isn't the seller's fault but other than that this seller is 10/10 and I would buy again.
I am beyond pleased with Regency. The laptop shipped almost right away and thus arrived quickly, it came in a nice big box with a lot of protective wrapping, the pictures posted in the auction don't do it justice as it was in better condition than described, and getting the machine for the price I did was amazing. I'll definitely be saving them as a seller and will buy for them if I ever need another laptop for myself or a loved one.
The shipment went well, the packaging is excellent, and the machine is in perfect condition—just as shown in the ads. However, in the photos, it seemed to have a fingerprint reader... but upon receiving the device, it doesn’t have one. That’s how the machine was manufactured, though—it’s HP’s fault, not the seller’s 😬. Satisfied with the price, satisfied with the device’s performance, and I highly recommend the seller 👌🏻.
