The seller was prompt with postage and communication. Unfortunately the description (a picture included a charging cord) led me to believe this item was a charging case for earbuds but it was not and I purchased it by mistake. Reading the description much more carefully after the item arrived, and I was able to look at it, this was not the seller's fault but mine. The return would have been accepted but the return postage cost was almost the same as the purchase price so didn't bother.
I personally think the case isn't made of high quality material. I also didn't receive a clip with the case. I started a return, I'm hoping that goes smoothly.
