Both 10.5-inch iPad Pro devices feature a fully-laminated, antireflective 10.5-inch LED-backlit 2224x1668 (264 ppi, DCI-P3 color gamut) touch-sensitive Retina display. These models support a new ProMotion technology that provides an impressive 120 Hz refresh rate for smoother animations and lower latency when using the Apple Pencil accessory. The 10.5-inch iPad Pro models are powered by an Apple A10X processor, have 4 GB of RAM, and either 64 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB of flash memory storage packed in a Black and Space Gray, White and Silver, White and Gold, or White and Rose Gold case. Other noteworthy features include dual cameras -- a rear-mounted 12 megapixel iSight camera capable of shooting stills and 4K video and a front-mounted 7 megapixel FaceTime HD camera capable of shooting stills and 1080p HD video, dual-band 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi with HT80 with MIMO capability and Bluetooth 4.2, as well as dual microphones and two sets of stereo speakers. Connectivity to computers, if desired, and power is provided by a Lightning port. A Smart Connector provides connectivity for a device-specific small Apple Smart Keyboard. Additional input also is available courtesy of an optional Apple Pencil which provides a variety of pressure sensitive sketching and drawing options. The battery life of this iPad Pro model is reportedly 10 hours surfing the web on Wi-Fi, watching video, or listening to music. Capacity Statues: Excellent: the battery capacity is 90% or better than the original battery capacity Good: the battery capacity is between 85% and 89% of the original battery capacity. Poor: the battery capacity is 84% or worse than the original battery capacity. Not Tested: This means that we did not test the current battery capacity. Conditions We strive to provide robust assessments of our products. The majority of our inventory is pre-owned electronics. We have 6 primary cosmetic conditions and the definitions of each are listed below in our “Condition” tab. Our grading is done by Apkudo robotics and is extremely consistent. Shadows on a pre-owned device have gradations of severity. We separate these gradations with Shadow and Heavy Shadow. “Shadow” is a light burn on the device, whereas a Heavy Shadow is a much more prominent and noticeable burn. Heavy shadow may also include a pink hue and on occasion green lines on the screen. Return Policy Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. If the return is due to reasons other than a product defect or seller error, a restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee will range from 15% to 50%, depending on the condition of the item upon receipt, in accordance with eBay policy. Items returned without the original item or accessories will be eligible for a partial refund only, which will not exceed 50% of the original purchase price. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided by the seller. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned device. Condition ITEM CONDITIONS New: This device is never used and sealed in original manufacturer packaging. Comes with all original accessories. New / Open Box: This device is never used, however the packaging has been opened. Is delivered in original packaging and has all original accessories included. Grade A+: This device has very little to no signs of previous usage. The screen has negligible scratching and is nearly flawless. The casing will not have any dents and insignificant scuffing. Grade A: This device shows minimal signs of previous usage. The screen may have very light scuffs and the casing may have two or three blemishes. Grade B+: This device will show signs of previous usage. Minor scratches and dents are visible but the device is still 100% fully functional. This is our best value device. Grade B-: This device shows significant signs of previous usage. There will be noticeable scratches, dings and scuffs. However, there are no cracks on the screen and there is no casing separation or bending. Screen Shadow: The screen shows a faint to moderate shadow. The image does not affect functionality of the device. You will see the shadow image on a white background, but not on colored backgrounds. Pixel Spots: There are missing pixels that do not display colors on the screen. Minor spots are tiny (less than 1/8 of an inch) and typically occur in the extreme corners of the screen. There will be no more than 2 of these "minor" spots on a device and 99% of the screen is perfect. Moderate spots are a bit larger (between 1/8 and 3/8 inches). These spots are more noticeable during operation. However, they cover no more than 3% of the screen and the phone functions perfectly. Impaired: This device did not pass all of our 41 function checks. Details on which tests failed are listed above in the Description section. Shipping We pride ourselves on fast shipping! In many cases you will receive it even sooner. You have the option to choose expedited shipping if you would like your product sooner. If you order a pre-owned product, along with your purchase you will receive a non-OEM charging cable. We do not include a charging block with our shipments. Your package will be shipped in a non-descript, plain white or brown box. Inside of the box, we will package the product in protective materials to avoid any damage during shipping.
