The item I ordered was lost or delivered to the wrong address while in position of the USPS delivery service. I contacted the Post Office and they claimed it was delivered. My Ring Camera says otherwise. NO evidence of delivery. I contacted the seller for assistance and was extremely pleased with their response. To my surprise I received a full refund for the lost item from the seller even though it was "definitely" not their fault.
