For cosmetic condition, please refer to the Product Grading System - Below. The item is in D) Used, Fair cosmetic condition. It was inspected and has HEAVY scuffs and HEAVY scratches on the outside of the iPad from normal use. ( SEE PICTURES ) The screen is in Fair condition, there are several cracks on all four corners of the screen and spread throughout the middle of the iPad. There are also chips and glass missing on the corners, when testing against a Green/White screen there are noticeable Blur spots on the Left side of the iPad. ( SEE PICTURES ) All ports and connections are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the iPad using an in-house power supply and charge the battery. I was able to access the settings and update the iPad to the newest iOS 17.7.3. I was able to connect the iPad to an in-house wireless network and surf the internet. The front camera, rear camera, touchscreen, speaker, microphone, Bluetooth, volume buttons, power button, facial recognition, Touch ID, and charging port are tested to be working. The iPad is locked to the Verizon network. The battery charges, and holds a charge, but is untested. We cannot guarantee the life of the battery. No charging adapter, USB-C cable, or other accessories included.
