Boards were delivered 3 days after payment. Packaging sufficed to physically protect the boards, with minimal pin bending. Boards do not work; close inspection under magnification revealed manufacturing issues: - missing components - shorted solder lands - through hole failures ... such that none of the boards could have worked. The seller promptly refunded payment and apologized.
