Great cable deal!!! New USB2.0 to mini-B that performed exactly as described. Couldn't ask for a better price, including shipping... and really appreciate the effort that went into the packaging. UPS's handling of the package leaves something to be desired - item was delivered more than 24 hours ago and still shows as sitting at UPS facility - but it's no reflection on the seller, or the product. Knowing what to expect from UPS though, I'd still be glad to buy from this seller again. A++++
The item never arrived. I requested a refund and the seller advised me to give it a little more time but then, the next day, the seller agreed that the item should have been delivered by now and subsequently gave me a full refund for the item. There was no shipping charge on the original order. The seller communication was good. Also, the seller accommodating for a solution that I asked for was good. A positive experience. Thank you for your help... PS. "Item condition" not applicable.
Shipping took FOREVER! And was unable to track once they transferred to USPS from UPS. communication only said I had to wait until the 16th for any resolution. The items arrived 7 days late. The cords seem to work fine. Even though they arrived, I probably won't order from this buyer again. Frustrating not knowing when an item will arrive when they say they offer tracking. Had no idea for a week if item would arrive.
