Figurine received was not the correct size (4.5 in vs 7 in), nor in its original packaging, as described. Although the box was original, the Styrofoam mold was not. It appeared to be hand carved and was undersized. Newpaper was stuffed inside original box to fill a one-inch gap on the side. Seller said size description was a mistake, offering a free return. Instead, I accepted a subsequent $10 refund offer, although dissatisfied with the packaging. I would give the seller another chance.
The item was shipped very quickly, it was packaged with care (very well done), the item came exactly as described and as was shown in the pictures, value wise I'm glad to have spent the money on this item (saw a pic of myself recieving the game for Christmas when I was a kid, wanted to hunt it down and show my kids, since they're in the I love Scooby-Doo phase of their lives.) Finally, wanted to offer my thanks to the seller because of you will be able to show my kids the game.
Excellent experience with the product AND the seller. I ordered a blender with a glass jar, which was packed very well. The shipping was quick and efficient. The blender itself was in perfect condition- even better than the description. The price was fair and definitely worth every penny. Absolutely a 10/10 seller.
