Item came as expected. Appearance was as in the photos. Time for shipping was a little long, but arrived as reported. The seller description of the item was complete and true. Packaging was a bit lacking, but the item arrived undamaged and in good condition. By bidding, I got a better value for the dollar. The quality of the Apple product I purchased was almost like new, though as appearing in the photos, had a few slight scratches. I would recommend the seller for their honesty in product.

Unfortunately, with all the packing material the stand found its way to the monitor screen and when other packages pushed into it...cracked. Seller immediate made it right and was fully refunded for the destroyed monitor which sucked as it was perfect and low hours. I found another and got it instead to complete the set. Seller has high quality products and value. Appearance is always like new unless otherwise said!
MacBook Air 15 arrived as good as new - with all of the original packing and extras - was a great price and I'm very happy with the purchase. I did try to communicate with seller about the holding off of on shipping for a few days so that I could be home for the arrival date; someone must be at home to sign for it. The seller took two days to reply to the request and simply said they don't hold items to coordinate shipping. They were not overly helpful, or friendly, so just be aware.
