  1. Seller shipped in a box 8 times the size needed, and did not include padding to keep the item from shifting in transit. As such, there is damage to to product box. The item was not sealed, so can't say it is as described "new". Included is a picture of how I opened the shipping box. Ridiculous. Rating neutral instead of negative, as the product still looks ok, and the shipping cost and time was reasonable.
