The reason for the negative feedback is this ring was so misrepresented. It may have been opal but it was a doublet or triplet which was not mentioned. It was cracked at both ends and therefore hazy (which was not clear in photos). The size was much smaller (size 5) than the listed size. Seller offered to refund but that is a pain-so I just kept the damaged piece. Packing was good, seller response was fast and shipping time was too. But the listing and item itself get 1 star.
Great buying experience! I appreciate the careful packaging, timely shipping , reasonable shipping costs and a piece that is just as described in the listing. I couldn't ask for more from any seller. I will buy again.
