Seems that this seller does drop shipping. Communication was good at first but then I sent some more messages and never got a response. Bought on ebay but came shipped from Amazon hence the drop shipping. Which means this seller lists items and then purchases them on Amazon to make the difference in profit. To each their own, not a bad thing but also not the best business practice when you think you’re buying directly from the seller.
By accident the wrong product was delivered. What I contacted the seller they replied IMMEDIATELY and offered me a full refund while allowing me to keep the cherries, dispose of them or give them away. I really appreciated the kind response and the ease of fixing the problem.
Very good experience with this seller. Initialally the package arrived with a hole, and the item was missing entirely. I messaged the seller, and a replacement item arrived quickly and in tact this time. It was a very nice experience from an unfortunate situation
