Showed up fast. Seller separated it into different prebuilt sections that were packaged well and mostly survived shipping in tact, I actually preferred that since it saved me a lot of time. Was around 90% complete as advertised, I had a 70% complete set to take pieces from so no issue for me. Built the companion set with Beorn on my own. Mini figures and bricks all in good condition nothing broken or cracked. Great seller and Dol Guldur has a great new home on my shelf
The item was brand new and the price is more than 5x lower than original HAYWARD but works perfectly. "Open box" for me is not something I worry too much about. The packaging and shipping was super great even with $15.00 shipping cost. The item was as described. Would buy again for sure. Thanks
