I ordered the watch strap in one color but received it in a different one—not the one I chose. It s beautiful, but not the color I wanted. The seller reached out and offered either a refund or to send the correct one, and since it looks very nice and high quality, I of course chose to have the correct one sent because I really like it. It was very gratifying to receive a response from the seller and to be offered a solution. Highly recommended seller!!!
Seller provided an excellent product that was packaged and shipped sooner than expected. The watch band looks great and I asked the seller if they could send a couple of extra links as the band was a little tight on my extra large wrist. Seller responded quickly and said the extra links would be sent out and I can add them with the tool already sent with the order. If I need another Apple Watch band, I will reorder with this seller.
Great product and fast shipping! Excellent packing and it was just as described for a great value! Excellent condition/quality and they looked good as well. Highly recommended and would be a pleasure to do business with again. Thanks for being a great part of the eBay community. It is sellers like you that make customers like me return to this platform for quality goods. A++ Seller!!
