First, I must say this seller has outstanding communication skills and customer service. I contacted him numerous times and he responded quickly, answering my inquiries with professionalism, politeness and courtesy. I must admit that when the tracking number was provided, and I saw a carrier delivery service that I was unfamiliar with, I did have some trepidation. That being said, the guitar was delivered on time as promised. The guitar itself is an unbelievable value for the price.
