I purchased a used Humanscale M2 monitor arm. The item was dirty and damaged as shown in the listing, but also had some internal mechanical damage not described in the listing. The item was not packed carefully and received some more cosmetic damage in shipping. The seller shipped quickly and was responsive when I messaged them. The item was a good value as it was a big discount from MSRP and I was able to repair it and use it.
Great item for great price. Took seller a while to respond but they eventually did. Shipping wasn't the best because its such a weird shape. It was wrapped in a bunch of plastic and sent with no cardboard, but im sure a box would have really raised the shipping cost
Even though the wrong part was shipped contacting the seller and explaining what was done was very easy!! The right part was reshipped without any issues and it was done in a timely respectful manner! Will buy again from seller!!
