  2. Great so far! Looks brand new, lovely packaging. It also arrived much faster than expected. Had to sign for it which for some reason from other sellers I haven’t had to sign, so I’m thrilled it was a required signature. A pricy purchase and you never know for sure with eBay but I’ve already recommended this seller to friends. It saved me a LOT of money than ordering from Apple. Amazing quality appears brand new not one single little scratch, not that I would have minded for the value.

  3. Helpful vendor. A blemish on the screen was fixed by Apple as the scratch was deep enough to affect an Apple Pencil. Arrived securely packaged with charger and cable (not original Apple and as described in the auction). Vendor did not pay attention to terms of purchase and did not respond with sufficient information on screen scratches for different refurb quality (excellent, very good, good). Descriptions are too generic to differentiate quality level. Value was ok.
