  1. It was advertised as new, but I received a used empty box. After contacting the seller, I was told to return the empty box. Also, I was accused of being dishonest by using the software then returning it. Later, the seller found the DVD with serial number card at home and asked me if I would like to receive it via mail. By then, the used empty box was already on the way back. The seller refunded the $25, but I lost $5+$6.75=$11.75 for shipping both ways. Avoid this seller if possible.

  2. Item received five days after order, shipped via First Class mail in a cutdown manila envelope with sheet in a plastic sleeve for protection. USPS bar code sticker covered Seller "Do Not Fold" request on envelope. Fortunately, sheet fit in my mailbox without folding. Sheet itself as described.
