  1. Excellent communication! I highly recommend this seller. Item as shown (brand new) and arrived in excellent shape. The remote came in original plastic sleeve., but didn't have a cell-battery already installed, which is okay since I just used the one from the remote I accidentally shattered. I'm very pleased. Takes about 10 days because it's shipped outside the U.S, but I didn't mind the wait as as I now have a remote that can control an older Dyson fan-heater that's no longer made.

  2. I am satisfied with this seller. I had a remote that for whatever reason did not work and they sent me another. It's odd that two "new" remotes didn't work, but after this one didn't work, I asked for a refund and the seller refunded my money. The seller did not want the remotes sent back.
