  1. The laptop was shipped and delivered really fast. Packaging was decent. Item was as described with some issues but issues was resolved. Overall great value. Laptop works fine after updating to windows 11. In windows 10 there was a battery issue. Also got partial refund for charger not working. Fast and Great response time with issues. Can't wait to buy stuff from them in future.
