I am so happy with this purchase! The last time I got an underbed storage container from another company, they shipped out the package way too late and it arrived a month after the scheduled delivery date. However, with this purchase, I love how the seller was communicating with me about when the item was shipped and it was also professional! Condition is just as it said and it looks awesome under my bed! The quality is also top notch, and Also, everything price wise was great! Thank you!
The communication with this seller was Excellent! My item arrived quickly from Amazon and in new condition, as represented. The transaction went smoothly and this seller went out of their way to keep me informed of the status of my item being shipped, delivered, and to make sure I had the tracking number right away…most sellers don’t give this level of attention to their buyers and I greatly appreciated this seller wanting me to have a great buying experience. Thanks!
My order arrived surprisingly quick, considering it was coming from overseas. The seller was also pleasant to communicate with. The packaging could've been a little better since what I ordered was meant to be consumed, but there was no damage to the item. Overall, I'm happy with what I got, even if it was a little pricey. Again, it was coming from overseas so I completely understand. I might purchase from them again.
