Despite USPS sending this back and forth across the country (LA to Texas to Arizona to N Carolina (two stops) to Arizona and finally to me 2-plus weeks later,) the seller made sure that this turned out well. She sent a replacement that arrived in two days, ironically a day after the original arrived. The replacement was returned to the seller but I want to express my appreciation to the seller for helping every step of the way.

The battery got stuck somewhere in the mail, but I contacted the seller and they contacted the carrier and it got here the next day. The battery is working great in my 3ds. Holds charge just fine. Will purchase from seller again if I need another one.
