  1. Shipping was super fast and the keyboard arrived in good condition. Packaging was just an envelope with no protection, so a bit disappointing. The keyboard is mostly new, but the back plate has scratches, and one of the keycaps has a scratch too. Seller description of the item said the item itself would be in “new” condition like a new product, but that was not the case. I don’t mind the scratches because of the price, but I’d appreciate a more truthful description next time.

  2. Item is in ok condition. The box is pretty damaged (it was described as slightly damaged in the listing), so if you are looking for a collector item, maybe request better packing for shipment. I don’t care about the box so am totally fine with how it came. The quality is Lego, so it’s exceptional. The price for the Thestral Family was excellent and a great value. Shipping was quick and priced appropriately. Overall would recommend.
