It was just as described. If it wasn’t authentic I couldn’t tell. Synced with the Bose app and everything, actually liked them a lot. Didn’t sit well in my ears unfortunately so had to return them. They waited till the last minute to issue my refund but they did so no complaints. Fast delivery and an as described authentic product for a good price. I’d be a customer again
