Great communications and service! Received earbud and tried everything to reset and pair with my original AirPods, but always kept getting Mismatch error. Communicated several times with seller and realized my original AirPod was made in China, but was sent a version that was made in Vietnam. Seller sent another earbud which was made in China, and this one worked perfectly without any Mismatch errors! Super customer service for working out issues with me! Highly recommend this seller!!
