Used - unit is very clean prior to listing, Drip Tray Ramp missing, however seller was not aware that this would be a missing part (which is included with a new purchase). No fault of seller, and seller did give a partial refund to go towards my purchase of the missing Drip Tray. Incorrect cleaning pads sent with unit, but not a problem with me.
