This vendor represents everything about the American service industry that used to be the bar by which their competitors were measured by. They advertised (by accident) an obsolete part at an exceptional price and when the error was brought to their attention, they not only refunded the cost of the entire purchase, including shipping, they did so in an exceptionally prompt manner, AND all of their correspondence was courteous and professional. What a wonderful breath of fresh air!!!
Excellent transaction with eBay seller. I purchased the same item twice and they refunded me the shipping fee for the second item. Items were exactly as advertised and in perfect condition. High quality and a great value for 30 year old product. Extremely happy and highly recommended this seller. 5 stars !!
In my 20+ years of experience on EBAY these are the best, most professional Sellers I've ever dealt with. Item was 110% of what they advertised and sent me. Just as professional as could be. Item was expertly packed and instantly shipped -and- was AS NEW in condition. Many THANKS!
