It was a new Gates belt and it arrived in decent time. I have a 2010 Escape with a 2.5L. The problem is, it was about 3 times too short. I sent it back and got a refund. My complaint is, I had to pay $5 to return a belt that was wrong in the first place! Not to mention the extra down time. So, I went to my local Napa and paid about the same price if not even a little less for the correct belt. I notice on the photos, there is no part number on the package.
The product seem purposely confusing and advertisement the advertisement display two filters, whereas they only sent one. However, the filters of high-quality and in good condition and the value is appropriate. I do recommend the seller however make sure you read the entire advertisement.
All new brake parts. Parts came over a 2 day span. Seller should put on outside of box 1 of 2. Seller did respond good communication. Would buy from them again.
